A company is looking for a Post Closing Escalation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process post-funding loan modification requests, ensuring compliance with guidelines

Manage post-funding refunds and coordinate with title companies for accurate documentation

Provide cross-functional support within the Post Close department to maintain service levels

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of relevant mortgage experience

Experience with Loan Product Advisor (LPA) and Desktop Underwriter (DU)

Prior experience in loan processing, underwriting, or post-closing operations is preferred

Proficiency with MS Office applications

Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
