Senior Manufacturing Technician (Dallas)

We are currently seeking a Senior Prototyping (manufacturing) Technician for one of our clients based in Texas. Our client is an advanced U.S. manufacturer developing high-performance magnetic materials that underpin clean energy, electrification, and automation technologies.

The Senior Technician will play a key role in leading hands-on technical work, operating and maintaining specialized equipment, conducting testing and evaluations, and mentoring junior team members. This individual will ensure accurate documentation, assist with troubleshooting, and provide valuable feedback to support ongoing improvements across production and development activities.

Key responsibilities include :

• Operate pilot-scale processing and testing equipment.
• Prepare, handle, and process materials according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform measurements and record process data for analysis.
• Support process trials and experimental runs in collaboration with engineers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with EHS requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting, with exposure to metal or ceramic processing highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach, and enthusiasm for hands-on technical work are essential.
