Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Director | Director of Commercial Strategy & Partnerships to be a key member of our growing Commercial Team. This role is critical to accelerating our growth by providing support for the entire deal lifecycle, with a focus on proposals, contracting, and closing.

You will guide strategic opportunities from late-stage negotiation to the formal launch of the partnership, working in a high-impact role that offers direct exposure to executive leadership at Qualified Health and our partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships :

Serve as the commercial lead on strategic accounts, partnering with Account Executives to structure and negotiate complex enterprise partnerships.

Own the internal commercial approval process, preparing and presenting clear, concise analyses for executive review.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the entire commercial organization, providing expert guidance on deal structuring, negotiation strategy, and market dynamics.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity, benefits and cash incentives.
