Job descriptionTravel CVOR RN Circulator role at Porter Hospital in Valparaiso, Indiana. Circulate in Open Heart and General Cases, turnover rooms, stock, take call. Required skills include Open Heart Experience; other experience includes Ortho, Neuro, Davinci Robot, General, Gyn, Podiatry. EMR system used is Cerner. RN Indiana licensure required. ACLS and BLS certifications required. Minimum 2 years of experience required. Travelers must attach required license and certifications or will be rejected. Driver's license and permanent home address must be included on submission; address must match ID. Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from facility; local candidates not accepted. Shift : Days 06 : 45 - 17 : 15, plus on-call requirements. RTO blackout dates or required holidays : Yes. Maximum amount of RTO : 2 days. Block scheduling not an option. Approved orientation duration : 5 days. Unit has 12 beds. Patient ratio varies. No floating required. Reason for opening and other internal details not specified. Number of beds in unit : 12. Patient ratio varies. Scrub color : blue provided; Scrubex on site.
