Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain software applications using.NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy technical solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft SQL Server to manage databases and ensure data integrity.
• Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules to align with business processes.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow applications.
• Create and modify workflows and scripts on the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable application designs.
• Document processes and maintain clear records of software development activities.
• Monitor application performance and optimize systems as needed.
