Patient Care Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a patient care coordinator to support a large healthcare company! This is a 6 month contract to full time hire opportunity!

This person will be serving as a central check-in role for the in Seattle. It will support multiple departments, including Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, General Surgery, and Neurology. Key responsibilities include :

• Checking in patients
• Verifying insurance
• Updating demographics
• Collecting copays
• Answering patient questions at the front desk
• Communicating with the back office
• Utilizing various systems such as EPIC, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other online platforms
• Providing excellent customer service

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves :

Compensation : $20-$22hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
