Own the Uptime of Our Plant
Picture your morning : you scan the maintenance dashboard, prioritize a few open tickets, then head to the floor. A production line needs an electrical check, a rooftop unit is due for preventive service, and facilities is prepping for an upcoming expansion. You move seamlessly between troubleshooting, hands-on repair, and planning—keeping our building systems and equipment safe, efficient, and ready for whatever the day brings.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operation, upkeep, and general repair of the building, facilities, and production machinery to sustain efficient output.
- Evaluate, install, diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Apply rigorous safety protocols and predictive / productive maintenance practices aligned with site goals and objectives.
- Respond quickly to mechanical, electrical, and other maintenance requests to keep equipment operating at safe, optimal capacity.
- Support facility move and expansion initiatives—contributing to planning, coordination, and the physical relocation as needed.
- Escalate appropriately : assess work that falls outside this role’s scope and communicate to the Manufacturing Manager when external specialists are required (e.g., security and fire alarm systems).
- Ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained for reliable, efficient production.
Your Toolkit
High school diploma or GED required.AA in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance—and / or related certifications—preferred; completion of a formal maintenance apprenticeship is a plus.Foundational understanding of manufacturing facility operations and safety procedures.Strong mechanical aptitude built through hands-on experience, vocational training, or related activities.Comfort using and safely operating hand and power tools, electric meters, material handling equipment, carpentry tools, and precision measuring tools.Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Professional communication and interpersonal skills to work with managers, office teams, and shop personnel.Outstanding time management and organization; able to prioritize and work independently.Nice to Have
Knowledge of CNC machinery.Welding experience.Computer proficiency.Physical & Schedule Requirements
Able to stand for extended periods.Able to lift up to 75 pounds.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Flexible work schedule.Why Join
