Key Responsibilities
Craft go-to-market and scalable performance strategies in collaboration with leadership and new business teams
Participate in sales and discovery calls to diagnose client challenges and recommend strategic approaches
Create sales collateral and maintain a library of performance insights to support new business conversations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of agency experience as a Strategist, Account Manager, or Growth Marketer
Deep understanding of growth marketing, creative strategy, and lifecycle marketing
Proven ability to translate complex marketing strategies into clear narratives for clients
Knowledgeable in performance and advertising disciplines including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Lifecycle Marketing
Experience with traditional advertising channels and eCommerce customer acquisition funnels
