Job Description
BCS Allegient has a 35-year history of helping government, research, and private sector clients implement their programs and missions to achieve success. We offer a breadth of professional support services in the areas of business management, communications, systems engineering, analysis, mission execution, and organization performance. We are currently in search of a Senior Administrative Analyst to support a government client.
- Support Leadership : Provide direct support to the Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director, and management team.
- Business Analysis : Conduct analyses on operational and business issues, propose solutions, and assist in selecting corrective actions.
- Contract Oversight : Assist with contract administration, including monitoring vendor performance, reviewing invoices, and preparing requisitions.
- Data Reporting : Compile and analyze data for operational reports, including threat assessments and law enforcement metrics.
- Correspondence Management : Prepare and track internal / external communications, meeting minutes, and task tracker actions.
- Performance Monitoring : Support employee evaluations and performance plans using systems like USA Performance.
- Financial Support : Prepare cost estimates, track funding, and reconcile timesheets and invoices in FFMS.
- Audit Preparation : Conduct administrative audits and assist CORs with contract closeout activities.
- Training & Licensing Tracking : Monitor PSO training, licensing, and qualifications in designated systems.
- General Office Support : Handle reception duties, maintain office files, and manage mail and phone listings.
Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree requiredExperience : Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, analytical, or program support roles.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare reports and briefings.Analytical Ability : Skilled in data analysis, performance metrics, and identifying trends or issues.Security Requirements : Must pass a background investigation and meet DHS Fitness Determination standards.Independence : Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Travel : Willingness to travel as needed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.Preferred Qualifications : 3-5 years of relevant experience.
