Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks using Foundation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a well-organized calendar.
- Assist with receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate and oversee general office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
