Maxime’s is NYC’s newest private member’s club from entrepreneur Robin Birley; owner of prestigious private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street and Oswald’s in London. Maxime’s mission is to provide exceptional and discreet service for our members through unparalleled hospitality. Our aim is to make members feel as though they are in a private home, enjoying outstanding food and wine surrounded by stunning decor.

POSITION SUMMARY

Zodiac Servers are responsible for leading service in our elegant cocktail bar and lounge dining room spaces. Servers ensure the entire team meets very high standards and demonstrates exceptional product knowledge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains complete knowledge of Maxime’s policies and procedures and ensures that all practices and policies are being upheld .
• Maintains thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items in our Zodiac Lounge to  assist  members with any dietary concerns or issues, including any dietary preferences and / or food allergies .
• Ensures service is provided in  a timely , professional, and effective manner .
• Processes food and beverage orders as needed, ensuring accuracy when entering orders into POS .
• Adheres to all Department of Health and safety standards related to food handling, hygiene, and alcohol service .
• Supports all front-of-house team members in providing exceptional hospitality .
