Job Opportunity : Director of Sales
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales leader to elevate their high-performing sales team. As Director of Sales, you will play a strategic and hands-on role—supporting deals, coaching team members, and shaping our approach to market success. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives across multiple regions to exceed revenue goals.
Own and drive execution against quarterly new revenue targets.
Actively support deal progression and closing efforts.
Balance strategic planning with direct involvement in sales activities.
Use sales tools and data to monitor performance and improve win rates and sales velocity.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success and retention.
Promote best practices in qualification, objection handling, and closing.
Share customer insights with product and engineering teams.
Partner with operations and enablement teams to optimize tools, compensation, and onboarding.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proven success in closing deals across various segments (Mid-Market to Enterprise).
Strong coaching and development skills.
Excellent relationship-building abilities.
Ability to shift between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Experience managing distributed teams and navigating international sales.
Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
