E-Learning Specialist

A company is looking for an E-Learning Specialist to create and maintain e-learning training content and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Build interactive online training courses and multimedia to engage learners on safety, health, environmental, and compliance topics

Collaborate with the Training and Content team to refine instructional design and development processes

Provide technical support for client tickets and assist with training and multimedia production tasks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, communications design, or a related field

Mid-level (ideally 4+ years) experience in instructional design, learning and development, or related areas

Proficient knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe products, and other production training-related tools

Solid knowledge of adult learning theory

Additional certifications in instructional design or communications design are a plus
