Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
\t
\taccordance with approved nursing techniques and facility policies and
\tprocedures.
\t
\tand examinations of residents.
\t
\treactions, and notifies supervisor, physician and family of resident’s
\tcondition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
\t
\tsigns to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of resident.
\t
\tresident unit to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with instructions
\tof Physician, federal and state regulations and facility procedures.
\t
\tinterpretation of facility policies to ensure resident needs are met.
\t
\tAssist with completion of facility complaint report.
\t
\tof nursing personnel.
\t
\tstaff relations, and efficiency of service.
\t
\tresident unit.
\t
\tthat nursing care is carried out as directed, and treatment administered in
\taccordance with Physician's instructions.
\t
\tnarcotics.
\t
\tcomfort.
\t
\ttransfers and incident reports per facility policies and procedures.
\t
\tassessments and resident care plans accurately and timely on assigned
\tresidents.
\t
\tof the Supervisor, CCC, or Director of Nursing.
\t
\tMichigan to keep licenses current. Attend facility in services and ward
\tconferences as assigned.
\t
\tkindness, dignity and respect; know and comply with all Resident's Rights
\trules; and promptly report all resident accidents and injuries to charge nurses.
