Senior Ff&E Interior Designer
Kelly Wearstler is seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and self-driven Senior FF&E Interior Designer to join our award-winning studio. Our work spans luxury hospitality, private residential estates, and high-end restaurants. You'll join a highly creative, fast-paced environment where design excellence and innovation are paramount.
Responsibilities :
- Lead high-end FF&E design projects across hospitality and residential sectors.
- Oversee and guide design teams, managing client relationships and full project scopes.
- Direct sourcing, custom design, specification, and procurement.
- Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and construction administration.
- Ensure design excellence from concept through installation; mentor and develop junior and mid-level team members.
Requirements :
810 years leading high-end FF&E design projects.Proven leadership and team management experience.High-level project management skills; California construction administration experience preferred.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Software proficiency : AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Enscape are a plus).Salary range : $110K $130K annually.Benefits Overview :
