About The Position

Job Title : RN - Nursing Administration

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long Term Care

Description :

The position involves general nursing duties within a long-term care environment.

The unit utilizes HealthLand EMR and OmniCell for medication delivery.

Staff will engage in an Acuity Measurement Tool to determine nurse-to-patient ratios.

The typical staff-to-patient ratio is 1 nurse to 20 patients, supported by 2-3 CNAs on the floor.

Staff will need to dress in scrubs that are tasteful and in good condition.

General orientation will cover the organization's mission, vision, values, and safety protocols.

Floating to other departments may be required as needed.

Call duties are included in the role as necessary.
