Certified ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) Consultant

Location :  California (Remote)

Key Skills :

• ServiceNow ITOM certification (CIS-ITOM preferred).
• Hands-on experience with  Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence .
• Strong knowledge of  CMDB, integrations (APIs, MID Servers), and ITIL processes .
• Ability to configure ITOM modules, automate workflows, and optimize IT operations.

Ideal Candidate :

5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM implementation
