Position : Pharmacist-in-Charge – OKC South\nShift : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM; on-call for emergencies\n\nOverview : \nLead pharmacy operations at a 36-bed rehabilitation hospital serving patients recovering from stroke, brain / spinal injuries, amputations, and orthopedic conditions. Manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical and administrative pharmacy services.\n\nRequirements : \n\nActive, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Oklahoma\n\nBS Pharmacy or PharmD\n\n1+ year hospital pharmacy experience (full-time preferred)\n\nExperience with EMR systems (RxConnect / Pinpoint) and automated dispensing machines (Pyxis ES preferred)\n\nStrong communication and leadership skills\n\nResponsibilities : \n\nOversee daily pharmacy operations and staff management\n\nEnsure compliance with JC, CIHQ, CMS, DEA, and State Board standards\n\nVerify and dispense medications; oversee technician work\n\nParticipate in quality improvement, medication reconciliation, and clinical pharmacy services\n\nManage inventory and purchasing\n\nEnvironment & Perks : \n\n36 private rooms with rehab-focused amenities, including therapy gyms, VR rehab tools, and exoskeleton devices\n\nPatient population : adult and geriatric rehabilitation\n\nBusiness casual or black scrubs; report at 8 AM to People Services Director\n\nIdeal Candidate : \nExperienced hospital pharmacist with leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a team-oriented mindset, ready to oversee and enhance pharmacy services in a modern rehabilitation setting.
