Overview :

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. This role leads a team of production associates, manages workflow, and works closely with management to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for production team members

Enforce company safety policies and ensure proper PPE use

Monitor workflow and adjust as needed to meet schedules and customer demand

Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance

Hold safety meetings and support a safe work culture

Work with maintenance and quality teams to resolve equipment and product issues

Maintain accurate production, attendance, and performance records

Report daily updates, staffing needs, and challenges to management

Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment

Minimum Requirements :

2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings (metal or aluminum experience preferred)

Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards

Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods
