Job descriptionServe others within your community in their time of need Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property Responsible for responding to emergency, property damaging situations. Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage) Accountable for preserving as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology Be the lead technician on the job. High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos / lead abatement and carpet cleaning / reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager. Take the lead on mitigation restoration projects including but not limited too : create assignments and coach other onsite technicians, manage robust customer communications including setting expectations for the job, and close-out mitigation job when complete. Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule. Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed. Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude. 2 years of restoration and mitigation experience . Lead technician restoration experience highly desired. Dedication to customer service. Fluent in English. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Ability to lift 100 LBS frequently. Desire to continually learn new things.
