What You'll Do :

Assist with access control procedures at the location, verifying identification and monitoring entry and exit points for authorized individuals.

Provide customer service by addressing questions and assisting guests, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.

Monitor surveillance equipment and report any unusual or security-related activity to the appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior.

Respond to incidents and security-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and protocols.

Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations as required by the site.

Support emergency response activities according to established procedures and provide assistance during evacuations and / or medical emergencies.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
