Salary Range : $60000$70000 Status : Exempt

Position Summary

Were seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in planning coordinating and delivering structural steel projects. This newly created role is designed to develop the next generation of project leaders through hands-on learning and mentorship.

What Youll Do

Assist Project Managers with project schedules documentation and communication

Prepare and track RFIs submittals and change orders

Coordinate with drafting fabrication and shipping teams

Support field coordination jobsite visits and project close-out

Help manage budgets progress reports and material takeoffs

Participate in training to learn TSFs processes and steel fabrication methods

What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred)

02 years of experience or construction internship / co-op background

Strong organizational communication and teamwork skills

Interest in process improvement and learning the full project lifecycle

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience is a plus

Valid drivers license
