A company is looking for an IT Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via various communication channels for IT products and services
Troubleshoot a wide range of IT-related products, including hardware and software systems
Document service requests accurately and participate in team meetings and training
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of relevant IT support experience or a combination of education and experience
Intermediate-level knowledge of various IT systems and tools
Ability to collaborate effectively and lead small projects when needed
Must be available 8 AM to 5 PM CST for the first 2 weeks for training
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or IT certifications are preferred
