As the Parts Sales Counterperson you will succeed in the following :

• Assist customers with finding the right parts for their vehickles.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our parts inventory.
• Process orders and returned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships .
• Provide exceptional customer service and support at all times.
• Contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Shipping and receiving duties as needed.
• Deliver parts as needed / if needed.
