Credit Card Associate

This position reports to the Manager, Credit Cards. The Credit Card Associate will prepare and establish new credit card accounts for underwriting, processes responses and performs routine account maintenance. Responsible for assisting in problem resolutions and acting on requests for information relating to credit card accounts.

Requirements :

• Must have graduated from high school or equivalent, and a minimum two years of customer service experience. Credit card services experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Must have experience or ability to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• Demonstrated ability to use sound judgement and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
