Position : Program Supervisor
Job Type : Full-Time / Exempt
Shift Details : Monday-Friday / 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Work Location : Intensive Residential Treatment Center - Fife, Washington
Salary / Hourly Wage : $75,000 - $87,000 / Yearly
Specialties / Licenses or Certifications :
- Four (4) Minimum of two (2) years of full-time behavioral health experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory / management experience required.
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Independent licensure required according to state regulations.
Summary of Job : The Program Supervisor is responsible for planning, developing, organizing and maintaining activities within the Program.

Physical Demands :
May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and / or fingers. Work Environment
May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and / or confused. Work may include travel throughout the geographic region.
