EMR is currently hiring an experienced Systems Engineer to provide high-level technical support and project delivery for our global network infrastructure, supporting over 4,000 users across 175 locations. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to drive improvements in systems and processes. This role will be worked 100% onsite in Camden, New Jersey and will require occasional domestic and international travel. The pay range is $95,000 – 105,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and lead project delivery for large-scale, global infrastructure.

Ensure high availability and reliability of servers, storage, and virtualization environments through proactive system monitoring.

Support and maintain Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Intune, Exchange, Teams, and more.

Perform regular health checks on Microsoft 365 systems with a focus on security, availability, and performance.

Manage MDM for end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) to ensure compliance with security standards.

Leverage technologies such as AutoPilot to optimize user onboarding processes.

Administer on-premise server roles and participate in data center infrastructure support.

Stay current with Microsoft Azure and M365 updates, roadmaps, and best practices.

Implement improvements to processes and procedures to enhance overall service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–7 years of 2nd / 3rd line infrastructure support experience.

Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and M365 services.

Strong knowledge of on-premise core server roles.

Proficient in scripting or system automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).

Solid understanding of security best practices.

Familiarity with VMware, Veeam Backup & Replication, HPE server hardware, and Fibre Channel SAN storage is highly desirable.

Working knowledge of TCP / IP networking, LAN / WAN, VoIP, routing, and switching is preferred.

Exposure to ISO27001 and ITIL frameworks is a plus.

Previous experience using a Helpdesk or ticketing system.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Ability to carry and lift up to 50 pounds

Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to support other EMR locations.

Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for system maintenance or project deployment.

Certifications (Preferred, but not required)

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, etc.)

ITIL Foundation

ISO27001 certification or training

Pay range is $95,000 – 105,000 per year
