Executive Sales And Marketing Administrator
The Executive Sales And Marketing Administrator is responsible for providing daily administrative, project management, and analytical support to the Executive Partner of Sales as well as the six Market Partners of Sales. The Executive Sales Administrator acts as the liaison between the market-based Sales Team members and the Executive office. The Executive Sales Administrator proactively provides reports, analytics, and trends to Sales Leadership team to facilitate quick and efficient strategic decisions. The Executive Sales and Marketing Administrator must have good problem-solving skills and must be proficient at process improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Gathers, prepares and formats data and reports into an easy to present format for the Executive Partner of Sales.
- Review Unsold Showcase Report and Reduce prices and communicate to MP, BIC and MLS Admin
- Generates and reviews for accuracy various sales reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and provides to the Market Partners, Executive Partner Sales, and Executive Team as needed
- Acts as a liaison between the Executive Partner of Sales and the Enterprise Technology Services team to ensure reports are accurate and informative
- Maintains and Updates Sales Information Portal in Sharepoint
- Review and Maintain Sales Reports Portal in Sharepoint
- Maintains database in Sales System with all Sales Department documents and ensures confidentiality and that they are accurate and up to date
- Liaison between Sales Leadership and ETS Project Manager on updates, troubleshooting sales systems

Associates degree in business, administration, or related field required, bachelor's degree preferredThree to five years of administrative experience supporting executives requiredProficiency in Word, Excel, and OutlookStructured Query Language (SQL) and report writing experience preferredGeneral Requirements :
