Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in producing high-quality, visually compelling marketing materials that showcase the exclusive properties that our client represent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, a passion for luxury aesthetics, and the ability to translate real estate concepts into captivating visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create marketing collateral for luxury properties, including brochures, flyers, property listing presentations, websites, and social media content.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to create cohesive, branded materials in various marketing formats that align with the client's premium standards.

Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms, both digital and print.

Design email templates and digital advertisements to drive engagement and promote property listings.

Assist with the design of promotional materials for events, open houses, and virtual property tours.

Develop templates and guidelines to streamline future marketing projects, maintaining a high level of consistency.

Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technology to maintain a cutting-edge approach in all creative work.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all design deliverables meet deadlines and client expectations.

Provide design support for internal and external communications, ensuring all materials reflect the luxury nature of the brand.

Create logo and brand identity that reflects the unique voice, tone, and positioning of the brand.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with experience in the luxury real estate or related industries.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.

Strong portfolio that showcases high-end design work, with a focus on luxury branding, real estate, and/or premium lifestyle brands.

Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Experience creating visually compelling content for both print and digital formats, including social media, email, and web design.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver precise and polished design work.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).

A strong understanding of luxury branding and an eye for aesthetics.

Knowledge of web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.

Experience designing for real estate, luxury brands, or high-end products.

A passion for design with an understanding of the nuances of creating materials that reflect an elite clientele.
