Manager, Contract Management

The Manager, Contract Management plays a key role within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization, supporting the translation of contractual agreements into accurate, compliant, efficient, and scalable billing operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Client Services to ensure that contractual billing terms and related workflows are clearly defined, standardized, and operationally executable. This individual will serve as a trusted partner in driving contract-to-billing alignment, ensuring billing integrity and accuracy, and contributing to the development of scalable processes and documentation that support Walmart Connect's broader revenue management goals. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and / or necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and validate customer contracts, including insertion orders (IOs), joint business plans (JBPs), and agency agreements and provide feedback on contract language that may impact billing compliance or operational efficiency.
• Provide support to the Senior Manager in translating contractual billing terms into operational billing rules, schedules, and workflows to enable accurate and timely invoicing.
• Ensure all contract termsincluding billing frequency, credits, incentives, and payment termsare accurately captured and executable within operational systems.
• Partner with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies between contract terms and billing practices, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Support standardization efforts by ensuring consistent use of contract templates and documentation to reduce complexity and prevent disputes.
• Maintain a comprehensive catalogue of all contractual agreements executed and / or signed by WMC to enhance accessibility, visibility, and compliance adherence within the RCM team.
