Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator for an ONSITE position. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, strengthen client relationships, and generate new business opportunities. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience in marketing materials creation, campaign execution, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and sales collateral that align with brand standards.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Manage email marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring strong messaging and measurable results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools, resources, and content that support business development efforts.
- Maintain and update website content, social media channels, and company newsletters.
- Assist with event coordination, trade shows, and client presentations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communications.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, contracting, or related B2B industries.Strong skills in creating marketing materials, collateral, and digital campaigns.Proficiency with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Collaborative mindset with experience supporting sales or business development teams.
