We’re hiring a Construction Foreman who knows how to lead by example and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. If you’ve got heavy equipment experience, a strong work ethic, and the skills to manage a crew and build sites from the ground up, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a civil crew and manage daily job-site activities
- Read and follow construction drawings and build plans
- Communicate clearly with your crew and the Project Manager
- Operate and oversee use of heavy equipment (Mini X, skid steer, trencher, etc.)
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and specs
- Address any crew concerns professionally
- Keep the project moving and on schedule
- Set the tone by working alongside your crew
Civil Scope of Work Includes :
Installing ground rods, ground rings, and inspection wellsCadwelding and grounding for platforms and equipmentBuilding steel platforms and installing concrete padsInstalling / pouring footings, walls, and caps for sheltersOpen trench excavation and conduit installationInstalling rock, fabric, and retaining wallsDecommissioning old sitesSetting steel posts for canopy systemsEquipment and platform groundingOperating mini excavators and skid steers (certification / training provided if needed)What We’re Looking For
3+ years of construction experience (civil telecom preferred)Skilled in operating heavy machineryAble to read and follow site drawings accuratelyComfortable working outdoors in any weatherPhysically capable of lifting heavy materials and using laddersGood mechanical sense and tool knowledgeValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAble to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background checkWilling to travel Monday–Friday throughout the MidwestWhat You Can Count On
