Job descriptionGreet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in the clubhouse with a welcoming and professional demeanor. Monitor the clubhouse to ensure that all rules and procedures are being followed. Assist residents with clubhouse equipment and amenities to enhance their experience. Provide information and recommendations on local shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational activities. Respond to resident requests , offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Assist with community activities and events held in the clubhouse. Secure and lock clubhouse doors at closing time. Perform office duties as needed, such as answering calls, faxing, filing, and organizing documents. Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Community Director. At least 2 years of customer service experience in a hospitality, retail, or service industry role. A neat and professional appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle multiple resident requests efficiently. Dependable and trustworthy , with a strong work ethic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of office software and programs. Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed. ????
