Senior Director Of Product Lifecycle Management
The Sr. Director of Product Lifecycle Management is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs and defining product strategy to guiding development, marketing, and sales, ensuring the product aligns with business goals. This role creates the product's long-term direction and vision, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall strategy; they are focused on overseeing a product from its initial concept through development, launch, and eventual retirement. This position is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, ensuring market alignment, and optimizing product performance throughout its entire lifespan.
Monitoring and analysis of financial KPI's :
- Accurately monitors product financial KPIs (margins, profitability, ROI) to optimize portfolio management.
- Analyzes product performance to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
- Identifies and mitigates potential risks throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepares analysis reports and recommendations to share with internal stakeholders and publishers.
Market Research and Customer Needs :
Understands the market, identifying customer needs and pain points, and gathering feedback to inform product development.Product Launch and Iteration :Oversees the planning and communicating of product launches, monitoring product performance, and continually evaluating performance and stage in product lifecycle.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Works closely with other teams (marketing, sales, forecasting, and demand planning) to ensure cohesive product experience and drive product success.Competitive Analysis :
Responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Publisher Relations Management :
Maintains and optimizes strong relationships with publishers, ensuring smooth and productive collaboration.Oversees communication with publishers regarding product launches, performance feedback, and strategic adjustments.Manages negotiations and any disputes to ensure a trusting partnership that is aligned with the company's objectives.Range management and selection of new products :
Collaborates with the sales department to propose new products aligned with the range strategy.Participates in decisions on order discontinuations and product replenishment quantities.Position Skills & Qualifications :

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range : $140,000-$175,000.
