Primary Function :
This position is responsible for driving and / or supporting workplace organization, such as 5S, Project Home, and basic problem solving within all departments (Engineering, Production, Reliability / Technical, and Supply Chain) – a minimum of 70% of time will be dedicated to these events. The CI Leader will support / attend department Reflection Meetings and Gemba Walks (as needed) to provide open communication on events. The CI Leader will work closely with plant management to achieve annual CI performance goals. It will be expected that the leader acts as a coach and catalyst to develop a lean culture – basic training on the USG CI Management System, Lean Six Sigma, and Reliability Performance Model will be provided for development. This role will report to the Process Improvement Manager or Lead position.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
