Lightning Bolt & Supply, Inc. an ISO 9001:2015 fastener manufacturer is excited to announce that we are seeking an individual to assist our quick paced and growing inside sales division. Qualified out of state applicants are encouraged to also apply if they are willing to relocate to Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Requirements:

• Industrial sales skills (fastener experienced preferred)
• A friendly demeanor and a great attitude
• The ability to demonstrate professional knowledge of computer use and e-mail etiquette.
• Efficient communication skills
• Ability and willingness to learn and to take constructive feedback.

Pay Range:
$70,000- $100,000 (based upon experience and skillset)

Tasks include:

• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, and email.
• Process quotations and orders.
• Evaluating RFQ's / Issuing Purchase Orders
• Note: Outbound "selling" (cold calling) is NOT a part of this position
