- Plan,organize,andoverseeallfacetsoftheHumanResourcesdepartmenttoensureequitable treatment of all employees, in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assumeresponsibilityforfosteringaninclusiveandproductiveworkenvironmentandculture.
- Implementemployeeprograms,policies,andprocedures.
- Serveasavaluableresourcetodepartmentmanagersandotheremployees,actingastheliaison between Home Office HR and hospital management.
- Coordinatestaffeducationprograms,overseeworkers'compensationprogram,andassistwith benefits administration.
- Directhospitalrecruitmentandretentionprogramtoensureavailabilityofappropriatestaffing resources. Serve as a resource to department managers and other employees.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration,orarelatedfieldisrequired.Workexperiencemaysubstituteforafour-year degree on a year-for-year basis.
- Aminimumof3-5yearsofHumanResourcesManagementexperience,preferablyinhealthcare.
- ProfessionalinHumanResources(PHR)and/orSPHRcertificationispreferred.
