• Plan,organize,andoverseeallfacetsoftheHumanResourcesdepartmenttoensureequitable treatment of all employees, in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Assumeresponsibilityforfosteringaninclusiveandproductiveworkenvironmentandculture.
• Implementemployeeprograms,policies,andprocedures.
• Serveasavaluableresourcetodepartmentmanagersandotheremployees,actingastheliaison between Home Office HR and hospital management.
• Coordinatestaffeducationprograms,overseeworkers'compensationprogram,andassistwith benefits administration.
• Directhospitalrecruitmentandretentionprogramtoensureavailabilityofappropriatestaffing resources. Serve as a resource to department managers and other employees.
• Celebratetheachievementsandvictoriesofourdedicatedemployeesalongtheway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration,orarelatedfieldisrequired.Workexperiencemaysubstituteforafour-year degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Aminimumof3-5yearsofHumanResourcesManagementexperience,preferablyinhealthcare.
• ProfessionalinHumanResources(PHR)and/orSPHRcertificationispreferred.
