Leasing Assistant Opportunity
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented part-time Leasing Assistant to join our team in Ambler, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will support daily office operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient workflows. This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a long-term role within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
- Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring resources are stocked and available.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Detail-oriented approach to interacting with clients and team members.Experience in data entry and working with office systems.Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing inbound calls and greeting visitors.
