Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst will provide technical support and assistance to resolve problems with the organization's computer networks and systems.

Responsibilities :

• Provides technical support-identifying, investigating, and resolving users' problems with computer software and hardware-for problems specific to the organization's computer networks and systems. For example : WMS or internal payroll clock in / out system
• Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
• Collaborates cross functionally to research and resolve problems.
• Assist new hires with the setup of their new equipment
• Works with third party vendors at the direction of the VP of Information Technology
• Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the VP of Information Technology
