We're hiring independent contractor NPs to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare AdvantageMedicaid, and commercial health plan members. Build trusted relationships while helping people re-engage with their health.

Compensation:

• Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly
• $80 base rate per completed assessment
• Average 6-9 patient visits daily
• Additional pay-per-test compensation for qualifying visits

Position Details:

• Flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
