We’re growing our Gilbert, AZ team with a manual machining expert who can set up, run, and inspect with confidence—while partnering across Engineering, Quality, and Tooling to keep improving the process.

About the opportunity

Worksite : 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (5 : 00 am – 1 : 30 pm)

Compensation : $25–$35 / hour depending on experience, plus PTO, 401(k), and Health, Vision, and Dental benefits

Position Type : Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)

• You execute on manual lathes, mills, and grinders to exacting tolerances
• You validate every critical feature with careful inspection and documentation
• You collaborate to resolve challenges and make the next run better than the last
• You keep your area safe, organized, and efficient

What you’ll need to excel

Imagine your first week

You’ll take ownership of a new build : review specs with Engineering, collaborate with Tooling on fixture improvements, set up your machines, and deliver a part that passes inspection on the first article—then document lessons learned to shave minutes off the next cycle.
