Job descriptionConducts patient assessments and establishes therapy treatment goals Administers individual and group therapy. Maintains thorough and confidential records of observations. Evaluates progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. Provides patients with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community. Works directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborative care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge. Provides patient and family education on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and ways to support their child’s development. Licensed Psychologist-Prefer experienced in Pediatrics Psychologist credentialed from the Indiana Board of Psychology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Psychotherapist preferred. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) required.
