We specialize in programs for young children, at-risk youth, and victims of crime, as well as individual, couples, and family counseling. We're seeking a full-time Registered Associate Therapist to join our Trauma Services Team. You will provide comprehensive support to victims of violent crime, helping them overcome barriers to accessing mental health care, medical services, and legal resources in the aftermath of trauma. Responsibilities include conducting clinical intakes, providing individual and group therapy, engaging in assertive outreach, and delivering clinical case management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document progress, updating treatment plans as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention on-site at the TRC.
- Assist clients in accessing resources available to them including, but not limited to shelters, medical services, law enforcement, restraining orders and legal system.
- Participate in individual and group clinical supervision.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and community outreach events.
- Complete administrative and development tasks as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of agency and client information.
- Contribute to CCS's mission through clinical excellence and organizational involvement.
Qualifications
Master's Degree or higher in a Behavioral Health discipline.Registered and in good standing with the BBS.Minimum 1 year of experience providing therapy to youth ages 10-17.Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and strong clinical documentation skills.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.Qualifications
