A company is looking for a Communication Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Engage reporters with care and ensure their information is handled appropriately
Answer calls and follow the intake process while exercising good judgment
Lead guided interviews, ensuring quality and accuracy of report details
Required Qualifications
Outstanding customer service skills with a strong results orientation
Ability to remain calm and composed in distressing situations
Weekend availability, with at least one weekend day required
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Experience using MS Office and navigating proprietary software applications
