Job Description

Job Details : Responsibility :

This position is responsible for mixing marinade and operating the tumble marinators.  This person is also responsible for dumping raw product to be marinated.

Requirements :

This person will weigh out dry ingredients brought to the line to match the product recipe.

This person will measure out the water and add the appropriate amount of ingredients into mixing tank to prepare the marinade for production.

This person will follow the correct mixing procedure.

This person will add the appropriate amount of marinade to the raw product by weight.

This person is responsible for operating the tumblers to run according to the product specification.

This person also shares the responsibilities of the Line Feeder.

This person is ultimately responsible for supplying the line with marinated product.

Other Duties : Work as directed by supervisor

Equipment :   Hairnets / beardnets, gloves.  Power / Hand Jacks, pallets, tubs

Special Skills :  On Job Training, must be able to operate marinator, must be able to properly identify and mix marination according to product specificiations.

Communication Skills :   None Specific

Environment :

Work inside facility, noisy, wet floors and wet working conditions, adequate lighting, moving objects, mechanical and electrical hazards. Sanitizing solutions in water and sanitizers. Days per week and hours per day will vary

This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
