A company is looking for a Payroll Associate to support payroll tax functions and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
Support maintenance and review of payroll tax processing and accounting systems for timely payroll transactions
Ensure accurate processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll tax transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
Knowledge of payroll functions, including preparation and payroll taxes
Experience with US payroll
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software, particularly Workday Payroll
