Job description

Global Compensation Program Advisor

Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the worlds well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises. This position can be based in Denver, CO; Ashburn, VA; London, UK in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days in office, 2 remote). This position is also open to remote in the U.S. As the Global Compensation Program Advisor, you will be a key contributor to Vantage's global compensation strategy by driving employee understanding and engagement with our compensation philosophy, programs, and policies.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Develop and deliver global communication that promote understanding of compensation strategy, programs, policies, and philosophy.
  • Create engaging educational materials, presentations, and resources tailored to diverse employee audiences across geographies.
  • Partner with People & Culture teams, Total Rewards, and Internal Communications to ensure consistent and culturally relevant messaging.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, addressing compensation-related inquiries and providing clear guidance.
  • Support the planning and rollout of compensation programs, including annual cycles, incentive plans, and equity programs, through effective communication and training.
  • Maintain and update compensation-related content on internal platforms, including FAQs, guides, and SharePoint sites.
  • Gather and analyze employee and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve compensation communications and identify areas of opportunity.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field required.
  • CCP certification is a plus, but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, HR, content creation, or employee communications.
  • Experience supporting a global organization is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver employee-facing content and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday or other HR systems is a plus.
  • English language proficiency is required, including the ability to speak, read, and write at a business level.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, ensuring deadlines are always met.
  • Strong alignment with Vantage's Core Values : Trust, Accountability, Respect, and Agility.
  • Data center or technology industry experience is a plus.
  • Travel :

  • Travel is expected to be about 10% but could increase as the business evolves.
  • Physical Demands and Special Requirements :

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Additional Details :

  • Salary Range : $90,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
