Administrative Coordinator - Brand Operations
General Summary & Scope
- Organize and log brand submissions and samples while documenting feedback from core category teams.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating brand meetings.
- Maintain SKU accuracy according to Merchant's discretion, including shelf tag requests and description changes.
- Initiate and manage promotional offers in Promo Advisor, ensuring accurate SKU input and finalization with the pricing team.
- Execute marketing sign requests, proof materials, and maintain organized product samples and digital assets for accuracy.
- Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and coding changes for new and existing SKUs.
- Prepare store memos and communication requests while addressing help desk tickets with proactive solutions.
- Provide general administrative support for brand contact maintenance and vendor meetings as needed.
