Position Summary
The Sr. Human Resources Coordinator will work cross-functionally with various internal and external teams to support corporate-wide programs, policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives, as well as manage various HR processes, including employee data management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to HR team including document management, requisitions and general HR processes.
- Manages the delivery of various HR programs, processes, and policies.
- Responds to routine and non-routine internal and external HR questions and inquiries; assist with various employees' questions regarding payroll, time sheets, benefits claim issues and plan changes.
- Answers routine and non-routine questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.
- Explains routine and non-routine HR policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
- May lead new hire orientation process and training sessions.
- Works with other departments to compile and prepare reports pertaining to HR personnel activities, payroll, or compensation.
- Serves as a single point of contact between management and employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
