About the Role :

The PRN Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with weekend availability plays a critical role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses. This position focuses on providing skilled nursing care in a hospice setting, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients during their end-of-life journey. The LPN will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. Minimum Qualifications :

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
